Checkbox disappears, when it is checked

Hey, thank you for this module! We are using v1.2.0 with Hyvä Checkout v1.1.12.
I found, that the checkbox disappears, as soon as the user clicks it and then gives focus to something else (e.g. clicking somewhere else outside the box). The account is then created like it should upon checkout. But the user has no possibility to change his mind and unselect the box again before completing the purchase, as it is gone.
