After #4, extend query syntax to search more fields and include more granularity

Example Parameters:

  • tags
  • title
  • body
  • exact string
  • date range
  • author

Github Advanced Search does this well - a single search api that defaults to text and also can be extend with keywords. The advanced search options section helps provides syntax help by updating the query
