[RFC] Code of Conduct?

I think we should have a Code of Conduct.

• Do you agree?
• If you do, do you have a standard Code of Conduct to recommend?
• Are there subjects that you'd like to see in the Code if Conduct?

I would agree about having such a code.
Now question is more about how permissive you want it be ? I would think general (but not generic) guidelines should be enough for a start : maybe having a forced peer review before merging a pull requests ?

I think peer review of PRs might be a good idea, but that probably belongs in a CONTRIBUTING.md file rather than a CoC.

I think any CoC should be short, easy to read, and non-controversial. Here is a good example:
