The optimizer is in charge to find among recipes retrieved by the query engine to identify the recipe that maximizes the usage of our ingredients.

For V1, the maximization is only based on the quantities of the ingredients.

That is, I want to prioritize a recipe that is going to require me to use my 4 potatoes over a recipe that is going to make me use only two of them.
