Introduction / Overall Description M1 Report

Task Detail: kick start the SRS with our introduction section and product overall description, introduction will talk about our project, product scope, literature review, intended audience overview. Product Overall description will talk more about the product that we are intending to do which is a web application for workload management. This can be done before meeting the clients and can be further adjusted if need be.

Goals: to prepare ourselves and ensure that we are clear on what is our product about before moving on to the requirements phase.

Success/Completion Criteria: when all in this section is filled, we can proceed with out requirements phase in the M1 report

Section 1: Introduction is more or less completed, can add more literature review to our document.

• Product scope contains content about what is our product about, in this case its about work allocation management, explained about the goals of this product, what improvements can this help with for our client. also provided a short description of software scope.
• Related Background Literature contains related works that has been done for employee workload schedulling softwares, these articles will be able to help us in brainstorming phase. it also contains issues that are being faced in the coach industry.
• Intended Audience and Document Overview contains the intended readers for the documents, it will show the correct reading flow for different readers that are most pertinent to it.

Section 2: Product Description still have a bit more to add
