Description:

SAM sites and AA structures in general do not allow the player to manually select their target. If you select a SAM site and then move the cursor over an enemy aircraft, no attack cursor is displayed. I can't see any harm in allowing the player to micro their AA structures though.

Additional Files:

CnCNet ts-patches allows manual targeting with SAM sites with a spawn.ini option called AimableSams: https://github.com/CnCNet/ts-patches/blob/master/src/manual_aim_sams.asm

I would be happy for this to be new optional behaviour, but I feel this should be added behind the Ctrl modifier key (force fire, manual targeting). This way, it does not affect the normal gameplay experience but also allows it to be completely conditional to the player.

They very specifically disabled this since TD so there may be something to this, like a undesired behavior....
