Description

In RA1 the briefing screen smoothly fades in and out. However, this feature was removed in TS, where the briefing screen simply cuts in and out. While a minor feature, a smooth transition is preferable for static screens like the briefing screen.

This is especially relevant when the feature #28 is implemented.
