[Feature request] Add hostname to commit message variables

It would be great to be able to automatically include the hostname of the current computer in commit messages as a {{hostname}} variable. E.g. so that the commit message could look like "Commit on MyComputer1". This is useful information for future reference.

If this feature is desired I might try implementing it myself to learn a bit about Obsidian plugin development.
