500 error for user with removed store #1576

Describe the bug
User with removed store gets error message while viewing it.

Steps to reproduce

Find user with some store
Remove this store
See error in security module for this user

Expected behavior
I want to see information about user without any errors.

Clients quite work a lot of admin panel. This bug already has on ACC environment.
