Support query-result refinement with semantic tag facets [VFB3 FEATURE REQUEST]

Description of the issue

All terms in VFB have semantic_tags - displayed as badges on TermInfo. These are returned by all queries (currently they are reported in the 'gross type' column. We maintain to lists of tags - one redundant and one non-redundant.

In the VFB 3 query results:

• non-redundant semantic badges should be displayed on all results
• A panel should be included with search results that includes a unique list of semantic tags, each with a checkbox. Checking a search box should refine results based on association with a semantic tag in the redundant list.
