Use pyinstaller to deploy terra, without having to have python/pipenv installed on destination machines, using many-linux1 rules.

There should also be an easy way to deploy an app to docker/singularity files

The end result should be deploy images, with any compiling already included, ready to go with minimal local.env modifications.
