Putting a Mylist in https://vocadb.net/SongList/Import returns "Unable to parse feed: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden."

https://www.nicovideo.jp/mylist/27322735?rss=2.0 returns 現在の国・地域からはご利用できません, i.e. it's related to the post-October reduction of services outside of Japan

Update: https://www.nicovideo.jp/user/2523470/mylist/27322735?rss=2.0 (with /user/nnnnn) is not blocked (https://discord.com/channels/309072240639737866/666326527197315091/1317731662880182402). Proposal:

• add a notice rejecting URLs that do not contain /user/nnnnn?
• run a bot to add /user/nnnnn to any still-active MyLists registered in an entry as an external link?
