Since the draggable and resizeable widgets can go outside the mobile viewport if the content is too large, a responisve solution should be found.

Alternatives are:

• interact.js (https://github.com/taye/interact.js) (Provides both draggable and resizeable classes)
• SortableJS (https://github.com/SortableJS/Sortable)
• Draggable JS (https://github.com/Shopify/draggable)
• react-draggable component (https://github.com/react-grid-layout/react-draggable)

I would suggest using interact.js and SortableJS .
