UI优化

固定顶栏显示图标、名称与版本号
顶栏按钮-导入、导出、重置、生成
左边更改为显示SEG线平衡度，刷屏时间等统计数据

细节优化

表格序号使用F前缀固定长度3位数字 第64帧->F064
状态->操作 [刷黑、刷白、交错、等待]
持续时间->操作时间
表格SEG线内容使用固定长度三位数字 SEG13->013
除等待操作外，其他项在操作时间后增加一项延迟时间，延迟时间以10ms为单位，默认为0

功能优化

导出：将当前配置导出为json
导入：将json配置导入覆盖当前配置
交错：操作为交错的行，SEG线分为左右两部分，分别为刷黑和刷白，两部分可选项互斥（即刷黑部分选择了SEG1，则刷白部分不可选SEG1），持续时间只能设置为40ms的倍数
