fix repo url/edit url

@MiniDigger You could modify the source code, add an option to set something like code_repo_urland modify the template to display that in the header. The repo_url option is used internally by MkDocs to calculate the final edit URL so changing that from the Material theme is not an option.

@MiniDigger it should be fairly easy. Just add that code_repo_url in mkdocs.yml and change this line in the Material theme source.
