Since the rendering options available via WDQ's Blazegraph are limited, it may be worth looking into options to do that ourselves, e.g. via D3 or matplotlib or similar.

It's not Blazegraph frontend, it's a custom wikidata-query-gui, from which you could probably borrow some code if you go this way: you can find here all the results views
