ar38008.btl file in vortex significantly differs from hand written CTD cast sheet. Needs investigation if btl file is wrong due to CTD software malfunction during cast or if student recording cast is wrong. Chl samples for N16 exist and that Niskin doesn't even exist in btl file. Also some Niskins in log sheet don't have check mark for fire confirmation. These imply btl file is wrong. How to proceed?

During chl-transect-rosette EDI package prep I decided which depths I felt comfortable keeping and which depths to throw out. The decision was related to when the bottle file differed from the cast log sheet.
Keep Niskins and flag as questionable: 1, 5, 7, 9, 16
Throw out flag and bad: N12, 14

Next step - retain this decision moving forward for all other sample types collected on this cast: nutrients, FCM, IFCB from N12
