Current Outcome

Currently, adding a new player does not display on the player list.

Desired Outcome

Ideally, the newly added players should immediately reflect to the player list.

I noticed there are error logs in the site that causes critical site failure. Image for reference: https://share.zight.com/ApuP0EZP
These errors can be seen under WordPress > Tools > Site Health > Critical Issues.
