Open 'Files' after install WSA, window pop out but will disappear.

After turn on the Developer mode, then I try to open the Files same as the video, WSA window will pop up, but after while the window will disappear. Also under the Developer mode selection there is a option 'Manage developer settings', the WSA window will pop up too but same as the 'Files', it will gone for a while.
