In the case (production) where the data directory for Fedora is remote, located elsewhere, or even just repopulated, we need instructions in the README.md for how to:

  1. check data directory actually has stuff
  2. symlink datastreamStore and objectStore to new data directory
  3. rebuild fedora
  4. restart and check
