Need a way to make it when a admin that promotes a video there is no charge. Comp it. Make it zero so it doesn't change the calculation to the real money.

Im talking about if a admin promotes a video it shouldn't charge them any money. should just be free for the admin

But admin can add as much money as he wants in the wallet

We are using it with real currency and do not want to conflate it. We have to treat this like a bank and if we keep printing more money it devalues the real currency. A business compensation basically.
