I believe this would be TopLeaderBourd2Mobile.

I have a ad set and have it checked marked to show on video page and I never see it on my phone.

If that is not the correct ad placement what is? I also have the same ad set for Middle and still not showing.

There needs to be a a mobile ad placement for a small horizontal mobile banner ad in-between the video and chat and can't figure out how to target that space correctly.
