So there are two things which Ming thinks are related due to a cascading failure bug.
Classyfire Classifications missing in library output.
The DB_results have columns for Classyfire (superclass, class, subclass) as well as NPC classifier (npclassifier_superclass, npclassifier_class, npclassifier_pathway) when structures are given for the library entries. This is for example used for tools like ConCise. However, the Classyfire columns only have NA, so there must be a bug somewhere (it used to work, but not within the last year).
No classification in Libraries
According to Ming, classification should be listed in the libraries (https://external.gnps2.org/gnpslibrary), but I could not find that information (there were no columns for that at all).
