As the title says, under "Hourly forecast" there seems to be no processing of data happening as it always shows "No precipitation for at least 120 min", independent of the actual weather conditions.

please disregard, problem solved via settings

Sorry, am opening it again as the change of setting doesn't seem to have completely solved it.

First I'd like to clarify how the 'Hourly forecast' actually works? Is this activated via the setting 'Forecast for today'?

Assuming 'Forecast for today' is relevant and has been activated under settings:
Can there be the situation that no data is available, for example via accuweather? It at least appears so for more remote locations that are found via accuweather but still show "No precipitation for at least 120 min" even if the animation shows rain and it's actually raining outside.
Or is there always data available as soon as a location can be found via accuweather and it's "just" a matter of the forecast being wrong?
IF it could be that this detailed, hourly forecast is missing, I'd like to suggest to show "no data available" instead of "No precipitation for at least 120 min".

Assuming 'Forecast for today' is relevant and has not been activated under settings:
If I'm not mistaken, "No precipitation for at least 120 min" is permanently shown under 'Hourly forecast'.
This is confusing and I'd like to suggest a change to "not activated" or similar to avoid confusion with the forecast actually not expecting precipitation for at least 120 min.

Thanks for your consideration

This text is produced by AccuWeather, not the app.

You can search for your location on AccuWeather website here, then go to MinuteCast tab:
https://www.accuweather.com/en/us/new-york/10021/minute-weather-forecast/349727

Please contact them using links from their website to report an inaccuracy (currently raining but no precipitation forecast for the next 120 min in MinuteCast) or suggest a wording change.
Let us know what they replied in case other people are interested.

Thanks, I'll check it out.

Regarding the app, so the 'Hourly forecast' is not activated via the setting 'Forecast for today' but is always active, isn't it?

That's what I got back from AccuWeather (so far):

"We will pass this information to our Forecasting Team for further investigation. We appreciate feedback like this on our products as it helps improve accuracy and provide a better forecast to you, our users!"

If I hear back more, I'll provide an update.
