Don't keep showing exact same weather warnings on Refresh Rate #499

Is there a way to turn off weather warnings (e.g. heat warnings) when nothing has changed every time the Automatic Refresh occurs to check the weather? I want to get fairly frequent (30 minute) updates, but I don't want to get the exact same warning every 30 minutes.
