Generate Spin Echo Bias Field Prerequisites

The previous release (v3.12.0) should have been for a pipeline that generates the prerequisite files for the Spin Echo Bias Fields. It generates files that are needed for creating the Spin Echo Bias Fields, but not the Spin Echo Bias Fields themselves.

This bugfix release fixes that naming issue.

Generate Spin Echo Bias Fields

This release is used for running the pipeline to generate Spin Echo Bias Fields.

As with versions v3.7.x through v3.11.x, this version has changes made for HCP 7T data and LifeSpan Prisma 3T Diffusion data processing. However, the changes for HCP 7T data processing have not been fully tested.

Post MSM-All TaskAnalysis

This release is used for running the Post MSM-All Task Analysis Pipeline on HCP 3T data.

As with versions v3.7.x through v3.10.x, this version has changes made for HCP 7T data and LifeSpan Prisma 3T Diffusion data processing. However, the changes for HCP 7T data processing have not been fully tested.

DeDrift and Resample

This release is used for running the MSM-All DeDrift and Resample Pipeline on HCP 3T data.

As with versions v3.7.x through v3.9.x, this version has changes made for HCP 7T data and LifeSpan Prisma 3T Diffusion data processing. However, the changes for HCP 7T data processing have not been fully tested.

Group Average Drift Computation

This release is to be used for running the MSM-All Group Average Drift Computation on HCP 3T data.

As with versions v3.7.x and v3.6.x, this version has the changes made for HCP 7T data and LifeSpan Prisma 3T Diffusion data. However, the changes for HCP 7T data processing have not been fully tested.

This version also has the early stage changes for the DeDriftAndResamplePipeline. But these are not yet in usable state.

MSM-All Initial Registration

This release is to be used for running the MSM-All Initial Registration pipeline on HCP 3T data. As with versions v3.7.x and v3.6.x, this version has the changes made for HCP 7T data and LifeSpan Prisma 3T Diffusion data. However, the changes for HCP 7T data processing have not been fully tested.

Resting State Stats Corrected Output File Name

This version contains a renaming of one of the output files from the RestingStateStats pipeline to make it compatible with the down-stream MSMAll Initial Registration pipeline.

It also includes a very early, not-ready-for-use version of the MSMAll Initial Registration pipeline.

PostFix

This release is to be used for running the PostFix pipeline on HCP 3T data. As with the v3.6.x, this version has the changes made for HCP 7T data and LifeSpan Prisma 3T Diffusion data. However, the changes for HCP 7T data processing have not been fully tested.
