I believe this is a wcm problem, not wf-shell's. And, afai, in general WCM does not support dynamic lists (like the command output options), so this is likely why it doesn't show up in WCM.

Further bad news:
If wcm is used to change the "max characters to display" then the command_output lines are deleted from the wf-shell.ini file. This is extremely unsociable.

...and can crash gf-panel.
