Glitchy line in interface

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install dark theme
2. It's there.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect there to not be a line there.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Geany 0.20 on Windows 7 x64

I am not quite sure what is causing this issue, but the line is solid #c2ebc2 
rgb(194,235,192)

This doesn't seem to happen with the normal theme
