Feature Description

현재 게시물 조회 시 작성자가 탈퇴된 계정이라면 작성자를 "알 수 없음"으로 표시하도록 되어있음
게시물 조회 시 댓글, 게시물 목록 조회 시 작성자는 변경되지 않는 상태
