Title: How do you build a strong and active community for your Web3 Project?

Description:

"There is no power for change greater than a community discovering what it cares about."

As we all know, we are heading towards major crypto adoptions all around the globe and have achieved a lot already within a very short period. Ever wondered how things changed so quickly for crypto and Web3? How from a few thousand crypto users, the number now has surged to a whooping 200 Million+

The answer is the power of the community.

The biggest challenge in adopting crypto, NFTs, De-Fi and Web3 has always been making people aware of them and making them understand what we will achieve through this. Undoubtedly, this challenging problem has been solved on a larger scale by building open communities.

A community is a foundation to success for any Web3 project. Your community members are one of your biggest assets. The stronger and more active your community is, the brighter the future of your project.

But this is not as easy as it sounds. Even the big projects and names in Web3 Industry have faced major challenges while building their community.

So in this 30 minutes talk, I will be covering:

  • What is crypto or Web3 community?
  • Why are communities important?
  • How can you leverage your community, and how it can help your project scale?
  • How do you build a strong community for your project on the internet?
  • Foolproof roadmap to build your community
  • How to keep your community active and engaging?
  • How to grow your community organically?
  • How to hire the best moderators and community managers for your community?
  • How to increase the participation of community members in the community?
  • And much more
