Binary artifacts for version 111?

Hey! I noticed that version 111 has been released without the usual complement of release artifacts, was this intentional? I maintain a project that automatically tries to download the latest artifacts to get wasm-opt, and this is leading to errors unfortunately. (Sorry if I've missed something that said there weren't going to be any, I've checked the release PR and GHA, it seems to have been a manually-orchestrated release.)

Would it be possible to add the usual binary artifacts to this release?

This was not intentional and we plan to investigate why the binaries weren't built. Sorry for the breakage, and thanks for the report!
