Research implementation for handling permissions/roles state in the UI, for the purposes of rendering UI components.
Three possible scenarios

  1. UI receiving permissions data at user login and holding state for session
  2. UI requesting permissions data per page/screen/tab load
  3. UI requesting permissions data per UI element
