Browserify version with budo

lots of ppl in threejs world still prefer browserify, and they often use budo,
would help to set up a boilerplate for these folks

can be another repo, or maybe a branch

I think for now a branch is good. could give the branch a new remote and push it there eventually. branch good because then its easier to share common features
