Deprecate odok.OdokReader in favour of API #24

With the artist module now available several of the odok.OdokReader functions can be deprecated.

Instead odok.OdokApi should have findArtist() and getArtistByWiki().

To replace findAkas() and fully deprecate odok.OdokReader the Get module might have to be updated.
