Since requests makes server cry less and looks more friendly

Affects:

WikiApi.py
possibly any files which extends WikiApi it or uses it in a bastardized way 😒

This should hopefully also make lokal-profil/LSH#2 easier to implement (maybe using this? or is it even simpler?)

Server still cries due to InsecurePlatformWarning.

Main issue: Finding a table of which pyCurl functions/variables are what in Requests
