Yarn always rebuilds this package from source #539

As per title, yarn always rebuilds this package from source, making iterative development of client applications extremely painful.

Yarn used to have this problem with all native packages, but now they claim to have fixed whatever was fixable on their side and the rest is in the hands of package developers.

Yarn is not the official package manager of Node.js, so I don't care very much about what they're doing. The fact that anyone outside of Facebook even uses that software seems like a bug to me.
