idea : auto detect full screen app and launch in second tty?

Not sure if this is possible, but thought I would just drop the idea here. If possible it would be great to have a no non-sense configuration where if the application is full screen to just launch it into the second tty. If the fullscreen app is closed then to fall out of the second tty. No idea if this is technically feasible, but I thought it would be a sweet solution if possible.

With some whitelist/blacklist style rules it may be perfect and not much different from windows.
