The filter selection appears to be broken.

I can't interact with it. Search itself works, but can't even expand the drop-downs.

Looks like this is UX issue rather than a bug.

We want this to work like filters in macOS Finder:

So we need to make the following changes:

Remove the selection on the left-hand side
Introduce a '-' and '+' notation instead
- '-' removes the current filter
- '+' adds a new filter
