Remove local firewall configs (in favor of policy)

We have had a lot of usability issues surrounding our firewall feature. Since we have limited bandwidth on this, let's remove the local firewall entirely, and only focus on improving the Global Policy firewall.

So let's do this:

• Remove the local firewall entirely (from the Security tab)
• Add the following text: "You can manage node firewalls using Global Policies."
