[Feature Request] Improved Email Editor/Templates

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like improvements to the email editor. There should be at minimum a way to preview the content, if not a markdown editor for emails.

Additionally, emails should be able to be saved as templates, and restored later to be sent. Potentially even keep track of what emails were sent to who and on what dates to be able to look back
