• Draft agenda public preview posted in marketing slack. Queries sent to number of contributors.
  Santana does not need space today on WPBriefing. Dan can give an update on Marcomms for 6.0.

No new update relating to this week on GrowYourWordPress campaign: previous updates from April 18, 2022 on the #51 card and a discussion about polyglots. Jonathan has sent his apologies for the live meeting. These two things can be referred to and linked to the card.

Meta team - query relating to team specific tickets - I could not find anything open on this on the Marketing GitHub. I have followed up and asked if there are any outstanding tickets which needed marketing input. Check in the meeting if someone is already working on one.

WP Diversity updates I can locate of awareness relevance for marketing:

• WP Diversity APAC meetings to start from May 12, 2022
  @jillb and Devin asked to help spread the word.

Meetups and WordCamps looking for speakers can share in the diversity-speaker-support channel on the Making WordPress Slack the kind of topics being requested and dates, if available. The channel is to support a diverse roster of speakers at official WordPress events (meetups and WordCamps).

When you are adding in updates as bullet points, can you please check the same topic update is listed together as the blog was breaking the format into a fresh bullet point for each sentence from the same update. This can be checked too when you preview the post and are checking the links there. It can be easier to check in preview. Thank you.

I have edited the notes. The below are some of the items:

• Updated the slack thread link for the start of the meeting
• Updated attendees link from April 6
• Updated the link to last week's notes on April 20 from Feb 9
• Updated social question of the week from April 20
• Updated the reference on WPDiversity to Santana becoming the contact for social posts on this. She is not reaching out for contributors on this
• Social media status: replaced Dan and Lauren's links with WP.org ones. Replaced Release Team with Squad as it is not a Make team in itself
• Updated the GitHub section to the updates from April 27
• Added in the contributor event reference and calls
• removed the OnlineWPMeetup (could not find anything related to this in the meeting?), WPDiversity tags
• changed the categories to 'meeting notes'
