Technical reviews - author, if unsure, collaborates with people who can check for technical accuracy

Dev Blog editorial process:
1st review - On Google Docs - Copy/Editing and Guidelines
2nd review - after incorporating feedback from technical reviews, copy review the post is moved to Dev blog and formatted.
The second review is done on the blog, flow of post, formatting, crossed ts and dots is, adjusted for publishing standards.
