Archives block: add wide and full alignment support

Description

The Latest Comments and Latest Posts blocks support the wide and full alignment options. The Categories block also supports the full alignment option (but not the wide option; see #11415). So why doesn't the Archives block support the wide and full alignment options?

Tested and confirmed that the categories block has a an option for "Full width" but not "Wide width" alignment using WordPress 4.9.8 and Gutenberg 4.2.0-rc.1 and the Atomic Blocks 1.2.3 theme. Adding a screenshot for clarity.
