Cant delete inserted blocks #1284

After you've inserted a block of content (text, image, heading, etc..), it's impossible to delete it. Even if you remove all the text content from the block, you're left with an empty block that can't be removed.

You can, using backspace. But it's clear we need an explicit button. Closing in favor of #130.
