Peek-a-boo bug on the insert component balloon

When the mouse pointer moves outside of the editor the text & image show and hide, and I believe that's the intended feature.
The negative consequence is happening when the insert balloon is open - as moving the pointer away from the window causes all of the elements inside of the balloon to disappear.
