I'm not using beta via 5.8+ beta tester plugin, but a git clone of https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop |

I can't reproduce either running from latest WP/develop. The problem there though is that Template Parts are everywhere available as this PR hasn't been back ported, which I think it should(?) |

I can't replicate with TT2 and 5.9-beta4-52432 without GB installed: Nor can I replicate with GB Version 12.2.0. I tried the following combinations:

I had to stop using docker and wp-env/wordpress-develop because of this issue and have not retested since. |
In other words, I mean, I will retest it as soon as I can. I will not prioritize it since no one else can reproduce. |
