Term Description: Unwanted default margin on paragraph

Description

Similar to #47457, the term description block also has an unwanted margin on the paragraph inside the block. I find myself either adjusting the margin to the block gap or removing it from the first and the last instances in every theme I work on.

For example, the query title and the term description block should just lineup.

It appears expectedly in the editor.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Go to the editor, and add a term description block.
2. Save it and see the template on the front of the site.
3. Notice the unwanted gap.
