Snackbars sit awkwardly high when block breadcrumbs are disabled. I would expect them to have the same space between the bottom of the notice and the viewport, with or without breadcrumbs.

It's not just breadcrumbs, it's also for snackbars rendering whenever there's no footer/breadcrumbs displaying.
