What problem does this address?
In #40177 , we added quite a bit of explanatory text to the Content Block in the template editor, to try to help improve clarity around where someone is working (post/page vs site editor).
However, some users may prefer something less text-heavy and more visual. For example, one WordPress.com user mentioned it messes with their idea of how the page looks and would like a way to hide the content block on the editor, or reduce it's visual impact overall. (Automattic/wp-calypso#81935)
What is your proposed solution?
Add an Editor Preference toggle, or perhaps add that as part of "Distraction Free" editing, that displays visual placeholders instead of text/explanatory placeholders, and then display a very simple grey'ed out box.
