The "Copy" button in the ColorPicker has an associated tooltip showing either the "Copy" text (default state), or the "Copied!" text (after successfully copying a value).

The tooltip is working as expected while interacting with the button via keyboard, but is hiding when clicking on the tooltip, which means that the "Copied!" text doesn't show to the user
